Carina Peuster’s Master thesis, which contributed to the understanding of phenylalanine metabolism in the Gram-positive model bacterium Bacillus subtilis, has been honored with a Master’s Prize from the Association for General and Applied Microbiology (VAAM). The VAAM is a scientific society with approximately 3500 members, and its Master’s Prizes are awarded twice per year. Congratulations!
